Return and Exchange Policy
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchange section, we offer a flexible return policy pan India.
We’d also like to highlight, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders from any other country at the moment. Before making your purchase, we recommend you thoroughly read the return policy to be certain. We hope for your most pleasant experience!
RETURN POLICY
- Our policy allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 7 days after the delivery of your order.
- Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will process a refund in the form of store credit.
- Store Credit will be shared once the order is received from the customer.
- Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.
- If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping charges.
- In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
- Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.
- Kindly note that misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
- In order to qualify for a refund, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the order) must be returned to us within 7 days of the order delivery with the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
- For returns during any sale/promotional period, the discount % will be adjusted according to the offer and will reflect in the refund amount. For example - In buy 2 and get 20% off, if one product is returned then the discount is void and the refund will be processed accordingly.
- The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Every order is eligible for an exchange to get a different size.
- The exchanged item shall be shipped to the customer upon receiving and thorough check of the initial product.
- In a situation where the product is not available in the desired size, the customer can avail store credit and use it to purchase something else at the price of the new product.
STORE CREDIT
- A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the product is received in our warehouse. It will be provided via email.
- The store credit is valid for a lifetime.
- The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
REFUNDS
- REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.
- Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only in terms of STORE CREDIT.
- Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team which takes 1-2 working days.
- Post that it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund internally
- It will take the bank or portal 2-3 business days to process/reflect the refund.
- A flat fee of Rs.150 will be deducted in case of Money Refunds. No return fee will be charged in the case of damaged products.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
- A refund will be made for the sale amount of the returned products.
- Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

The contact information of the delivery executive is exclusively provided to the recipient, which may limit our ability to address certain issues. We appreciate your understanding in such situations
